How to pay my reservation
Cash Payment on Arrival - We ask for Credit Card details as, flag, number, expiration date, security code and name of the credit card holder to reserve your room / apartment. Ask for the Credit Card Form, for encrypted information. That information will be carefully stored, and a pre-authorization of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be made and will only be used in case of late cancellation or non-attendance (according to our cancellation policy).
Upon your arrival at the Pousada, payment must be made in cash to maintain the discount, and the pre-authorization will be canceled.
If the guest does not pay cash on arrival, the full amount charged on the credit card will be without the discount.
Bank Transfer - We request an initial deposit of 50% within two (2) business days of receipt of this email. To reserve your room / apartment. The second part of the payment must be made upon your arrival at the Pousada by cash.
Ask for our bank details. Please send us a copy of transfer voucher to secure your reservation.
