Check-in before 2:00 p.m. and check out after Noon are subject to extra charges. Subject to availability. In case the guest opts for the extension of the stay, it must request to reception writing a message with at least 24 hours of anticipation * Subject to availability. If the guest does not show up at the Inn until Noon on the day of departure, their belongings can be properly collected from the apartment, moved and kept by the Administration on the reception or other area, for the preparation of the apartment for the next guest.
The guest must pay for the daily rates, transfers and any other service previously contracted, at the time of check-in, in case of non-payment on arrival, the Administration can deny entry to the apartment or deny the use of any service.
ESTABLISHMENT POLICY
For the safety of our guests, we will only allow registered guests to enter. For guests who are not registered, will be asked to complete the registration form (request the registration form if necessary). Villa Medina reserves the rights of admission and may charge fees for stays between R$80,00 and R$250,00 per person per day. It is not allowed to listen to music at high volume and any noise at high volume after 10h00 PM and before 9h00 AM. According to Article 42 of the Federal Law on Criminal contraventions (Law No. 3,688, October 3, 1941). Villa Medina Jeri is a family Inn, ensuring a good environment. Guests accept and agree to use the Pousada and the apartments within the good standards and customs. All behavior contrary to good morals and public order, drug use, unregistered people, shouts, loud sounds, unrespect with employees, fights, damage to furniture, structure or any property of the Pousada or clients and others, will cause the staff to ask the guest to leave the establishment with the support from the authorities without the right to any indemnity or reimbursement, and payment of the respective fees.
** It is FORBIDDEN to the guests and companions: To remove any object of the Pousada; Use of employees to perform private services; Interference, directly or indirectly, in the services of responsibility of the Administration; Smoking within the breakfast area, apartments, restrooms and other indoor areas, (Law no. 12,546 / 2011. CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be sent to reservas@villamedinajeri.com. We do not accept cancellations by phone, text messages or WhatsApp, Facebook, or any other type of contact than via email. For cancellations made 31 days (45 days for national holidays, Christmas package and New Year's Eve) or more in advance, we will make the return of the deposit (payment of cancellations via credit card, any administrative expense will be paid by the customer) less than 30 days in advance, we do not return the deposit. For changes in reserve, requests should be directed to reservas@villamedinajeri.com. In case of early check-out, the amount already paid for the stay will not be returned. Note: After cancellation, if your room is booked by someone else on the dates you left free, we will feel happy to return the value of these daily.
SUBMITTED GUESTS POLICY
To ensure the number of beds according to the reservation made by the guest, Villa Medina Jeri disclaims any inconvenience generated by the lack of information and / or information failure. Arriving more guests than reported in the reservation if we have availability in the same room will be charged between $100 to R$300 (daily) per extra person, depending on the booking date. If the Inn does not have availability, any inconvenience is the customer's responsibility.
NO SHOW POLICY
The apartment will be available for 24 hours. After that, if the guest fails to appear or to contact, we will consider the booking canceled. The guest will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
CHILD POLICY
All children pay, regardless of age. Our employees are not responsible for the care of children. A responsible adult must always be with and in care of the child.

Consider yourself and all the persons traveling together, with knowledge and in accordance with our policies and regulations, with the Brazilian Laws, Municipal decrees and environmental laws of the Jericoacoara National Park. Check in from 14h00. / Departure until 12h00. * Entries before 14h00 and departures after 12h00 are subject to availability and extra fees between R$30.00 to R$100.00 (according to the hours). If the guest chooses to extend the stay, they must ask the reception by writing at least 24 hours in advance * Subject to availability. In respect of good coexistence, and to maintain a family and peaceful environment, barbecues, parties, or inappropriate activities are not allowed inside the inn or on the street (remembering that we are in a National Park) it is forbidden to listen to music at high volume and any noise at high volume at any time of the day, and after 22h00 and before 09:00 any noise at medium / high volume is prohibited, according to article 42 of the Federal Law on Criminal Misdemeanors (Law No. 3,688). If any of the guests refuses to stop immediately with activities or noise that bothers the Pousada, the Administration will contact the police authorities and may cancel the reservation immediately and guests will leave the Pousada, which may have legal consequences for guests who, by signing this registration form and being inside the Inn, they agreed to respect the rules and policies of the house and the National Laws. By signing this form, all guests must respect the rules preventing any kind of future complaint. Only for direct reservations with the Inn, we offer courtesy for one (1) baby or child under 6 years old per apartment, using existing beds. In case of families with more members than the capacity of the apartment, we cannot guarantee an extra bed for children under 6 years old, it is recommended to book an extra room. Reservations made through third parties, do not offer courtesy for children or babies, and they must pay as an extra person between R$80.00 and R$250.00 per person, per day. For reservations with less guests than those stated in the original reservation, the reservation price remains unchanged, subject to admission. For bookings with more guests than those stated in the original reservation, they must pay for extra guests and daily rates before entering the apartment, subject to admission. All guests and persons on the reservation, in this act, assign all image rights to the administration, resulting from the image capture by the internal security system during their stay in the convivium's external living areas. These images will not be transferred to third parties, except as determined by police authorities or by court order. The guest accepts and agrees to use the apartment within good standards and customs. The custody of them is the sole responsibility of the guest owner. MONEY OR VALUABLES left on the apartment premises are the sole responsibility of the guest owner. Use the safe. If the guest does not attend / contact, the apartment will be available for 24 hours, after that, the reservation will be considered canceled. 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
